Job Description:

Skills required for position :

• Monitory of Manpower: Ensure the safety and security of all employees by monitoring activities within the premises.
• Monitory of Visitors: Oversee and control the entry and exit of visitors to maintain a secure environment.
• Monitory of Vehicles: Supervise and regulate vehicle access to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure proper parking management.
• Supervision of Security Guards: Oversee the performance of security guards, ensuring they fulfil their duties effectively.
• Allocation of Shift Duties: Assign and manage shift schedules for security guards to maintain continuous security coverage.
• Handling Contractor Manpower: Coordinate and monitor contractor personnel working on-site to ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Monitoring Company Premises: Regularly patrol and inspect the premises to identify and address potential security risks.
• Security Staff Handling: Manage and support the security team, providing training and addressing any issues that arise.
• Emergency Preparedness: Develop emergency plans, conduct drills, and coordinate with local services.
• Incident Response: Respond to security breaches, document incidents, and implement corrective actions.
• Access Control Management: Manage access control systems, issue badges/keys, and secure restricted areas.

Key Skill :

• Graduate or master’s degree in any stream.
• Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in stressful situations.
