Senior Human Resources Manager / Head – HR
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and systems aligned with organizational
goals
• Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance
management, compensation & benefits, training, and employee engagement
• Act as a strategic advisor to management on workforce planning, succession planning,
and organizational development
• Ensure full compliance with the Factory Act, labor laws, statutory audits, and regulatory
requirements
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict
resolution
• Drive performance appraisal systems, competency mapping, and skill development
initiatives
• Oversee payroll, wages, benefits administration, and HR budgets
• Provide HR MIS, analytics, and insights to support management decision-making
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR & Administration team
• Ensure adherence to company policies, QMS requirements, Code of Conduct (COC), and
NDA processes
Candidate Profile
• 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial
setup
• Strong understanding of labor laws, Factory Act compliance, and statutory processes
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
Educational Qualification
• MSW / MBA (HR) / MHRM or equivalent
