Hiring for a Automobile Auto Component Part Manufacturing group of Industry (Female Role)

Chh. Sambhaji Nagar (Waluj MIDC) Location

Position  Executive Assistant to VP / MD

Role Overview:
Support the Director in high-level operations, ensuring seamless coordination across the plant. This dynamic position involves strategic assistance, quality oversight, and direct reporting from all department heads—ideal for a proactive Mechanical Engineer ready to bridge leadership and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Handle QA processes, including documentation, audits, and compliance checks
⦁ Prepare professional presentations and reports for executive meetings
⦁ Manage reporting from all Plant HODs, compiling insights for decision-making
⦁ Coordinate daily operations, scheduling, and communication between the Director and teams
⦁ Assist in process improvements, risk assessments, and cross-functional projects

Requirements:
⦁ Education: BE/BTech in Mechanical / Electrical /Electronics / etc Engineering
⦁ Experience: 2+ years in manufacturing/engineering roles, with exposure to QA, QMS, TPM and audits
⦁ Skills: Strong in QA, documentation, auditing, presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint), and interpersonal communication; proficiency in MS Office and ERP , SAP systems a plus
⦁ Soft Skills: Excellent organizational abilities, confidentiality, problem-solving, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
