Job Description:
- Team Supervision: Lead, train, schedule, and motivate loading/unloading staff.
- Operations Management: Oversee all loading, unloading, receiving, and dispatch activities.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols, inspect equipment, and identify unsafe conditions.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock, manage discrepancies, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Documentation: Prepare reports, create GRNs (Goods Received Notes), and log shipments.
- Coordination: Collaborate with other departments (logistics, transport) for smooth workflow.
- Problem Solving: Address operational issues, inventory discrepancies, and team conflicts.
