Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end hiring coordination for junior to mid-level roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus channels.
- Drive seamless onboarding – documentation, induction, HRMS setup.
- People Operations & HR Admin
- Maintain employee data, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Issue HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, exit).
- Support HRMS implementation and process automation.
- Employee Experience & Culture
- Be the first HR touchpoint for employees.
- Plan and execute engagement initiatives, celebrations, feedback surveys.
- Support founders in building startup culture, values, and rituals.
- Performance & Growth Support
- Assist in goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback cycles.
- Coordinate learning programs, certifications, and upskilling initiatives.
- Compliance & Basics of Labour Laws
- Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment).
- Maintain compliance trackers and audit-ready records.
- Ad-hoc & Strategic Support
- Handle multiple hats – admin, recruiter, engagement partner, problem solver.
- Support HR process creation, policy drafting, and employer branding initiatives.

- Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / HRMS

Educational Qualification
