Position:         QA Officer

Responsibilities

• Preparation, Review and Issuance of Departmental Sops, Guidelines and Policies.
• LNB's and Logbooks Issuance and Checking for daily entries in Logbooks.
• To Review various Documents like Change controls, Incident Reports, CAPA, OOS Results, Deviations, Issuance Records and Internal Audit Reports.
• Prepare, Review and Maintain Qualification Documents, Review Instrument Calibration Reports
• Training of New Employees, Preparation of Job Description, maintaining Training Files.
• Issuance of various documents like LNB’S, Logbooks, Formats, Register, Sop’s, Lists, Job Descriptions etc.
• Allocation of Equipment’s /Instrument Numbers, Product and employees Code, Register and Logbook Numbers.
• To carry internal rounds to ensure compliance of systems and procedures by individual departments.
• To ensure control of documentation and all master records received from various departments

 Required Skills

• Logical thinking.
• Good in communication.
• Organizing 

Required Qualification: - B.Sc - chemistry

Salary :- Upto 2.14 LPA
