ETP Supervisor

Job Description:

Oversee Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) operations in an electronic manufacturing setup, ensuring environmental compliance, wastewater treatment efficiency, and regulatory adherence. This hands-on role focuses on sustainable practices in a fast-paced industrial environment at Nagapur MIDC, Chh. Ahilya Nagar.

👉 Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Monitor and operate ETP systems daily, including chemical dosing, filtration, and sludge management to treat industrial effluents effectively.
⦁ Conduct routine inspections, water quality testing, and maintenance of ETP equipment to prevent downtime and ensure zero pollution discharge.
⦁ Prepare compliance reports, maintain records for audits (e.g., CPCB/MPCB standards), and coordinate with regulatory bodies for permits and inspections.
⦁ Train and supervise junior staff on ETP protocols, safety measures, and emergency response for spillages or breakdowns.
⦁ Implement process improvements for cost-efficiency and sustainability, collaborating with production teams to minimize waste generation.

👉 Requirements:
⦁ Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Environmental Science or related field.
⦁ Experience: 1–2 years in ETP operations, preferably in manufacturing/pharma/electronics industries.
⦁ Skills: Knowledge of water treatment technologies, lab analysis (pH, BOD, COD), MS Office for reporting; strong problem-solving and safety awareness.
⦁ Other: Willingness to work in shifts; basic understanding of ISO 14001 environmental standards a plus.

👉 Salary Range: ₹3.00 LPA (based on experience).
