We are hiring Relationship Officers Home Loan / Mortgages Sales for Mahindra Home Finance (Vendor Payroll) in Surat. The role involves sourcing, processing, and closing Home Loan business through various channels while meeting assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source Home Loan / Mortgage business through open market, DSA, referrals, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful closures.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per Axis Bank policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Track customer follow-ups and ensure timely disbursements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in housing finance or related industry (Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, LAP Loans).
- Strong understanding of housing loan processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with customers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
