Job Description:

1)      Managing end to end travel booking including air, road and rail (domestic and international)

2)      Getting quotation from vendors/hotels, negotiation the best rate with vendors and getting necessary approvals.

3)      Handle and overseeing all travel arrangements.

4)      Identifying new vendors/hotels, airline tie up and doing rate contract.

5)      Managing travel portals and apps.

6)      Assisting with any travel related issues that may arise.

7)      Arranging travel arrangements for business visitors and staff.

8)      Managing off-sites and bulk ticketing and hotel arrangements.

9)      Preparing travel budget & MIS

10)   Analyzing and preparing report on travel spend.

11)   Keep record and implement measures to improve service level and control cost on all travel.
