Position:          MIS Executive

Location:         Ankleshwar

Experience:     2 - 4 Years

Industries:       Pharma

Responsibilities:

• Prepare & deliver regular MIS reports, including sales performance, production costs, profitability analysis, and financial forecasts.

• Develop & maintain dashboards to track KPIs for all departments.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data from various sources to provide actionable insights.
• Identify significant variances and trends and present findings clearly and concisely to management.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Monitor and report on actual performance against budget, providing detailed variance analysis.
• Streamline data collection and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Work with other departments to ensure consistent data input and reporting standards.
• Respond to specific data requests from the CEO and other senior leaders, conducting ad-hoc analysis to support new projects, cost-saving initiatives, and strategic planning.
