Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Administration
 Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations
 Maintain and update customer databases, CRM records, and sales reports
 Track sales orders, contracts, and delivery schedules
 Coordinate internal communication between sales, finance, logistics, and marketing
teams
Customer Service
 Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat
 Provide product information and assist with order follow-up
 Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or documentation
 Maintain strong customer relationships through timely communication
Sales Operations
 Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
 Assist with forecasting, pipeline tracking, and inventory coordination
 Schedule meetings, client visits, and sales events
 Support the execution of promotions, campaigns, and sales initiatives
Documentation & Compliance
 Prepare sales contracts and ensure documentation accuracy
 Coordinate the approval process for credit, pricing, and special requests
 Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures
