- Project Management: Overseeing budgets, timelines, resources, and coordinating teams (architects, contractors, clients).
- Construction Oversight: Supervising site work, ensuring adherence to plans, quality, and safety standards.
- Analysis & Compliance: Assessing risks, materials, environmental impact, and ensuring adherence to regulations.
- Maintenance: Planning repairs and upgrades for existing infrastructure.
