Job Description:
Position: Asst. Manager - HR
Location: Vapi
Experience: 5 - 6 Years
Industries: Automobile
Responsibilities:
-
- Manage end-to-end HR generalist activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Ensure complete statutory and labor law compliance as per applicable Acts and regulations.
- Handle compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, LWF, CLRA, Factory Act, and Shops & Establishment Act.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and ensure timely salary processing.
- Maintain HR MIS, employee records, and statutory registers accurately.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
- Support performance management processes including appraisals and confirmations.
- Plan and coordinate training & development programs and compliance trainings.
- Liaise with government authorities, labor inspectors, and external consultants.
- Support audits (internal, statutory, and labor audits) and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct.
- Promote a positive work culture and act as a bridge between management and employees.
