Position: Production Incharge
Location: Sarigam nearby Vapi
Experience: 3 - 4 Years
Industries: Plastic
Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to meet targets and quality standards.
- Prepare, review, and modify engineering drawings using AutoCAD with accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure proper interpretation of drawings for fabrication and manufacturing processes.
- Monitor material usage, machine efficiency, and manpower allocation.
- Implement production schedules and control timelines to avoid delays.
- Ensure adherence to safety norms, engineering standards, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot production issues and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain production reports, drawings, and technical documentation
Required Skills
- Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
- Logical thinking.
- Organizing.
- Good in communication.
Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical
