Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Professional to manage customer data, lead tracking, and sales coordination for our real estate operations. The role focuses on improving customer experience, supporting sales teams, and ensuring effective follow-up across the customer lifecycle—from lead generation to post-sales service.


Key Responsibilities:

CRM & Lead Management

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system with accurate customer, lead, and sales data

  • Track leads from multiple sources (portals, campaigns, walk-ins, referrals)

  • Assign leads to sales teams and monitor follow-ups and closures

  • Ensure timely updates of lead status, site visits, bookings, and cancellations

Sales Coordination

  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure proper follow-up and conversion

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead reports

  • Monitor sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and aging leads

Customer Relationship Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and follow-ups

  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout pre-sales and post-sales stages

  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for documentation and handover

Data & Reporting

  • Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and performance analytics

  • Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and compliance with company policies

  • Analyze customer data to improve lead conversion and retention

Process Improvement

  • Optimize CRM workflows and standard operating procedures

  • Support CRM implementation, upgrades, and user training

  • Ensure CRM best practices are followed across teams


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, LeadSquared, HubSpot, or similar)

  • Experience in real estate CRM, sales coordination, or customer lifecycle management

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets


Preferred Skills:

  • Real estate industry experience

  • Knowledge of property sales processes and documentation

  • Experience handling channel partners and brokers
