Service Technician (m) for welding and repair works at steel belts

After a profound training at our training centre in Berndorf, Austria you will take over the following tasks:

Your range of duty:

• In this exciting position you will take over the responsibility to execute welding and repair works at steel belts from Berndorf Band. In coordination with our local sales & service network in India and our service-department in Berndorf, Austria the works shall be performed at customers in India with an option to work also at international markets together with other service partners / technicians from Berndorf Band. You are reporting to Berndorf Band in Austria and guarantee to perform all works according to our defined procedures. Because of your social skills and your professional competence you are an appreciated partner for Berndorf Band and our customers.

Your qualifications:

• For this position we are looking for a person with knowledge of metals such as basics of stainless steel materials, metal working and processing, metallurgy. TIG welding certificates according ISO 9606-1 or similar are obliged. Knowledge in process technology such as chemical or food or woodworking industries and/or a professional qualification as a metal, machine or shop fitter would be a huge advantage. You convince through your entrepreneurial capabilities, hands on mentality, process orientation as well as high quality standards. As a team oriented personality you can motivate yourself to reach the set goals. Fluent English as well as willingness to travel are mandatory.
