Job Profile:
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with minimum 03 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations in a manufacturing setup. The role requires strong hands-on experience in attendance management, payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle management, and coordination with factory operations while ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee attendance, shifts, leave, and overtime.
- Process monthly payroll and coordinate salary disbursement.
- Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, Factories Act).
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding, exits, grievances, and shop-floor HR activities.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of payroll & labour law compliance.
- Experience in factory/manufacturing HR operations.
- Proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems & MS Excel.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
