Job Description:

Manoj Kala & Associates is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Draughtsman to support architectural projects through accurate and high-quality drawings. The ideal candidate should have strong technical drafting skills and experience in preparing construction and working drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural working drawings as per design inputs

• Develop GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, layouts, sections, and elevations

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams for drawing clarifications

• Revise and update drawings based on design changes and site requirements

• Ensure drawings comply with building codes, standards, and project specifications

• Maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation

• Assist in preparing drawings for approvals and submissions

• Support site teams with accurate drawings during execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / ITI in Civil / Architectural Draughtsmanship or equivalent

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp / Revit is an added advantage

• Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects

• Familiarity with local building norms and approval drawings

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Good coordination and communication skills
