AI Engineer – Expert (AI / ML / RPA / Data Science – LAI)
Job Description:
We are hiring an AI Engineer – Expert to provide technical leadership across enterprise-grade AI / ML / RPA programs. The role will act as the architectural authority, ensuring best-in-class solution design, implementation excellence, and robust governance across all AI deployments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and expert guidance across AI / ML / RPA solution design and implementation.
- Review, optimize, and validate architecture, source code, and all technical deliverables.
- Resolve high-complexity technical issues and drive engineering best practices.
- Define and enforce scalable, secure, and compliant AI frameworks.
- Mentor engineering teams and enable capability building across projects.
- Ensure alignment of AI initiatives with organisational strategy, governance, and risk frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement in MLOps, automation maturity, and production reliability.
Core Competencies
- Advanced expertise in Python, TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn
- Strong exposure to MLOps, API-based deployment, CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI / IBM AI / Cloud-based AI ecosystems
- Deep understanding of AI security, data privacy, compliance, and ethical AI
- Proven leadership in architecting and scaling enterprise AI platforms.
Education
BE / BTech / MTech / MSc (IT, Mathematics, Physics) / MCA
Certifications (Highly Preferred)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Artificial Intelligence Engineer
- IBM AI Engineering Professional Certificate
- IBM Data Science Professional Certificate
- IBM Data Analyst Professional Certificate
- CertNexus Certified Artificial Intelligence Practitioner
- Certified Artificial Intelligence Engineer – United States Artificial Intelligence Institute
