HR Assistant

Position Overview:
Support HR operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment at Supa MIDC, handling recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This entry-to-mid-level role ensures smooth HR functions, compliance, and team support—ideal for organized professionals passionate about people management.

πŸ‘‰ Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Assist in full-cycle recruitment: Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
⦁ Maintain employee records, process payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and benefits administration using HR software.
⦁ Coordinate training programs, performance appraisals, and exit formalities while ensuring statutory compliance (e.g., PF, ESI, labor laws).
⦁ Handle employee queries, grievances, and documentation for audits; prepare HR reports and presentations for management.
⦁ Support policy implementation, workplace events, and cross-departmental coordination to foster a positive work culture.

⦁ Qualification: BBA / MBA HR / Any Graduate with HR certification (e.g., SHRM).
⦁ Experience: 1–3 years in HR administration, preferably in manufacturing/industrial sectors.
⦁ Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS/ERP systems; strong communication, multitasking, and confidentiality; basic knowledge of Indian labor laws.
⦁ Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, empathetic, and adaptable to a fast-paced MIDC setting.
