Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Executive / Events professional to manage client accounts and coordinate end-to-end event execution within the hospitality sector. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and hands-on experience in managing events and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle client accounts related to events and hospitality services

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners for smooth event execution

• Plan, organize, and execute events as per client requirements

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after events

• Prepare event-related reports, budgets, and MIS using MS Excel

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business

• Handle documentation, follow-ups, and post-event analysis

Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 4 years in events/account management within the hospitality industry

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and coordination

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously

• Client-handling and negotiation skills

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
