Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Backend Operations professional to support day-to-day operational activities. The role requires strong coordination skills, data handling capability, and proficiency in MS Excel to ensure smooth backend processes and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle backend operational activities and day-to-day coordination

• Maintain and update operational data, records, and MIS

• Prepare reports, trackers, and dashboards using MS Excel

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and warehouse staff

• Ensure accuracy of data related to inventory, orders, and dispatches

• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

• Assist in documentation and compliance-related tasks

Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 3 years in backend operations within retail or warehousing

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
