Senior Manager – Financial Reporting(Regulatory Reporting) - Gurgaon

Job Description:

• Group reporting - Fit for consolidation financials for group reporting (IND AS complied). Coordinating with Holding Company team for queries, data requirement etc.
• Regulatory Reporting (I GAAP and Ind AS) – Managing regulatory reporting’s to IRDAI ex. BAP submission, public disclosures, Life Council reporting, New business certificate, BAP operational, any other adhoc requirement from IRDAI etc.
• Managing Statutory audit – Handling quarterly Statutory audit by joint statutory auditors (One auditor is Big 4 CA form)
• Internal control framework (ICF) – Ensuring ICF framework update all the time with respect to process and system changes.
• SEBI Compliances – Company having listed debentures. Person need to ensure timely SEBI compliances wrt to listed debentures.
• Project Management - Planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a  timely manner and within budget
• System Enhancements - Testing of system requirements, evaluate new requirements and providing CRs to IT, liase with IT for resolution of defects and delivery
