Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized School Coordinator to act as the key point of contact between the school, teachers, parents, and management. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination, effective communication, and excellent service to all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between teachers, parents, and school management (MD).

• Conduct inductions and provide detailed information about the school and its programs to new incoming parents.

• Address and resolve queries from parents, teachers, and students promptly and effectively.

• Follow up on pending fees and maintain accurate records.

• Assist in administrative tasks, including coordination and scheduling within the school.

• Maintain documentation and records related to student admissions, fees, and parent interactions.

• Utilize Tally and MS Office for reporting and administrative tasks.

• Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across all departments.

• Maintain a professional and presentable demeanor at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fresher or up to 2 years of relevant experience.

• Good knowledge of Tally and MS Office.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Presentable personality and professional behavior.
