Store Incharge manages daily store operations, leading staff, overseeing inventory (receiving, storing, tracking, restocking), ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store appearance/safety, and analyzing sales to meet targets
- Staff Management: Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate store personnel; conduct performance reviews.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, receiving goods, organizing storage, processing issues/receipts, conducting audits, and minimizing losses.
