We are looking for an experienced In-Charge – Slag Crusher Unit to oversee day-to-day operations of the slag crushing unit at our Titagarh Plant. The role involves supervising production activities, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily operations of the slag crusher unit

Ensure optimum production output and smooth workflow

Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards

Manage manpower allocation and shift activities
-
Maintain production, breakdown, and dispatch records
-
Coordinate with plant, maintenance, and logistics teams
Eligibility Criteria:
-
Graduate in any discipline
-
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Slag Crusher Unit
-
Experience in handling plant operations and manpower
-
Familiarity with safety norms and operational procedures
Preferred Skills:

Strong supervisory and coordination skills

Basic knowledge of crusher plant operations and maintenance

Problem-solving ability and operational discipline

Good communication and reporting skills

In our facility in Nilgunj Road, we do the processing of most of the CI, DI & MS which we buy from large steel companies like Electrosteel Casting Ltd, Srikalahasthi Pipes ---, Steel Authority of India Ltd., Jai Balaji --- ---, Tata Metaliks, Rashmi Metaliks, etc. We buy scrap from such reputed steel companies and supply them to traders, cupolas and furnaces. We are currently processing and selling 100000 MT of scrap per annum.
