Job Description: Regional Head
Position Overview:
GTT Foundation is a leading organisation providing employability support to over 100,000 students each year over
the last 10 years. As a Regional Head you would be responsible for managing and delivering key projects while
ensuring client satisfaction and meeting project SLAs. The ideal candidate should have 12-18 years of strong
industry experience, with a proven record of handling teams, client interface, project management and
stakeholder management.
 Key Responsibilities:
 Interface with prospective clients, showcasing our depth of expertise and building proposals
highlighting our work in the life skills development and employability.
 Design, Implement and Manage the CSR projects as per the mandates of the clients. Exposure of
setting career development centers and running of operations of centers.
 Coordinate project planning, execution, budget management and resource allocation across CSR
programs.
 Monitoring and ensuring sustained efforts towards achievement of targets as per client mandate such
through effective mobilization, training and placements numbers, which are driven by the cluster
heads and achieved.
 Formulation of Metrics and data driven reports for management and clients.
 Ensuring sustained awareness campaigns and growth of the initiatives across locations, thereby
ensuring scalability of the programs.
 Lead a team of enthusiastic and vibrant members and work with cross functional teams and work
towards employee engagement and drive high performance teams.
 Implement process improvements and provide suggestions for operational efficiency.
 Ensure smooth and successful conduct of internal and client mandated audits
 Represent the organization in Industry forums and consolidate the brand of the organization.
 Additional experience in government-run schemes and projects would be an add on.
 Handle various projects and centers of North region and establish new centers as we expand.
 Qualifications and Skills:
 Master’s degree in business administration (MBA)/master’s degree in social welfare (MSW)
 Proven experience in projectmanagement & delivery,team management, and client interactions.
 Ability to develop strong relations with clients and execute deliverables.
 Proven CSR implementation exposure and experience in driving multiple projects.
 Exposure to business proposal building and project management.
 Strong communication and leadership skills.
 Experience in leading teams and ensuring culture development, alignment with companies’ goals and
vision and reduced attrition.

Reporting: Senior Director Operations
Remuneration: As per Industry norms and experience
