Job Description:

Position Overview:

  • Manage and grow a key long-standing client account

  • Act as a strategic partner to the client while driving revenue growth

  • Handle demanding stakeholders with a calm, solution-oriented approach

  • Ensure sustained customer satisfaction and relationship strength

 

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned key account

  • Build and sustain relationships with senior client stakeholders

  • Proactively address client concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels

Account Strategy & Growth:

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the account

  • Drive account growth and increase overall business volume

  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned to revenue targets

  • Conduct regular performance and review meetings with clients.

Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution: 

  • Resolve client issues professionally and within defined timelines

  • Handle complex or impractical client requests tactfully

  • Maintain composure and trust during high-pressure situations

Internal Coordination:

  • Collaborate closely with Production, Sales, Design, and other teams

  • Ensure timely delivery and quality output as per client expectations

  • Align all internal stakeholders through effective communication

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor account performance, sales growth, and new developments

  • Track issues and ensure timely closure

  • Analyze client feedback to drive service and process improvements

Autonomous Working:

  • Independently manage day-to-day account operations

  • Take ownership of client deliverables and business outcomes

  • Drive growth with minimal supervision

Authority & Decision Making:

  • Approve pricing and discounts within defined limits

  • Approve customer orders as per company policy

  • Escalate critical issues to senior management when required

  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • MBA preferred

Required Skill Set:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical thinking

  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation capabilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong business acumen with revenue-focused mindset

  • Confident, resilient, and independent working style

  • Proven experience managing demanding clients and complex accounts
