2) Marketing Executive (MBA) – 3 Years Experience
- Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute B2B campaigns for industrial chemicals / specialty additives / enzymes
- Build monthly lead pipeline through digital + database + targeted industry outreach
- Own content planning: product posts, case studies, application notes (with internal technical inputs)
- Support exhibitions, customer visits, sampling activity coordination
- Coordinate with sales team to improve conversion and follow-up closure
- Maintain structured reporting (weekly KPI + monthly growth report)
- Type of Marketing
- B2B marketing: Digital + Field support
- Brand + lead generation + customer engagement
- Required Skill Set
- Technical: LinkedIn Ads basics (preferred), email marketing tools (preferred), Excel dashboards, PPT
- Soft skills: ownership, communication, planning, coordination, follow-ups, reporting discipline
- Experience Required
- 3 years in B2B marketing (industrial / chemicals preferred)
- Documentation/Compliance
- CRM discipline (or structured trackers), campaign reports, sample dispatch coordination records
