Job Description:

Skills :-
 Strong technical knowledge of Power Looms (Shuttle / Shuttle less).
 Good understanding of fabric construction, yarn counts, blends, and weaving parameters.
 Take ownership of power loom operations and production & manage all aspects of weaving
processes, quality and timelines.
 Ability to analyze production losses, efficiency gaps, and quality issues.
 Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
 Problem-solving and decision-making capability.
 Working knowledge of MS Excel, reporting tools, and basic ERP systems.

Cost Control, Efficiency & Reporting
 Control weaving costs by reducing wastage and improving efficiency.
 Improve loom efficiency, fabric realization, and machine utilization.
 Prepare daily and monthly production, efficiency, and downtime reports.

 Present performance reviews and improvement plans to management.

Weaving Operations Management
 Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules for power looms.
 Ensure optimum utilization and efficiency of power looms to meet production targets.
 Monitor loom performance, productivity, and downtime on a regular basis.
 Achieve production targets as per planning and customer order requirements.

Technical & Process Control

Quality Control

Manpower & Shift Management
 Manage loom supervisors, mechanics, operators, and helpers.
 Plan shifts effectively and ensure adequate manpower deployment.
 Conduct training for operators to improve skill levels and efficiency.
 Maintain discipline, attendance, and shop-floor productivity.
