SAP PS (BA)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
-
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to SAP PS

Conduct AS-IS / TO-BE analysis and fit–gap analysis
-
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand project lifecycle processes
-
Configure and support Project Definition, WBS, Networks, Activities, and Milestones
-
Support cost planning, budgeting, and availability control (AVC)
-
Coordinate with FI/CO, MM, and SD teams for cross-module integrations
-
Prepare and review BRD, functional documents, and process flows
-
Support UAT preparation, execution, and defect resolution
-
Provide L2 functional support and assist in incident and change management
-
Support Go-Live and post–go-live activities
Required Skills & Experience
-
3+ years of experience as an SAP PS Business Analyst / Functional Consultant
-
Strong understanding of SAP PS business processes and configuration
-
Knowledge of PS–FI, PS–CO, and PS–MM integrations
-
Experience in business requirement documentation
-
Exposure to project costing, budgeting, and settlement processes
-
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
