Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory

Position Overview
The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining effective communication with prospective and existing clients. The role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to support the sales and customer engagement process.

Key Responsibilities*
* Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain company products and services
* Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
* Generate and qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls or appointments
* Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback
* Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and relationship building
* Coordinate with the sales and internal teams for lead conversion
* Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets

Required Skills & Competencies
* Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English
* Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
* Ability to handle objections and communicate clearly
* Good listening and interpersonal skills
* Target-oriented and self-motivated

Preferred Candidate Profile
* Female candidate with prior telecalling or customer service experience
* Graduation completed
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
