Purchase & Procurement
- Source and purchase small glass bottles.
- Visit and coordinate with vendors
- Prepare proforma and purchase orders.
Inventory Control
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory
- Track inventory movement (inward, outward, damaged, rejected stock)
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with records
- Coordinate with production/packing teams for material requirements.
- Maintain inventory records in Excel/ERP systems/TCS
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment processing
- Prepare purchase and inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Track lead times and plan purchases accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and follow up on deliveries.
- Ensure purchased materials meet required quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain supplier records, pricing lists, and purchase documentation
