Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Officer to lead field sales activities across entire Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have strong market exposure in pharma sales, chemical sales, and field sales, with experience selling chemicals, construction materials, or industrial products. The role requires frequent client visits, relationship building, and direct meetings with MDs, Directors, and Senior Decision-Makers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive field sales and business development across Gujarat region

• Visit clients in the market and generate new business opportunities

• Conduct face-to-face meetings with MD, Director, and top management

• Manage, maintain and expand client relationships

• Take ownership of sales for chemicals, pharma products, construction materials, and industrial goods

• Be responsible for client handling across entire Gujarat territory

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

• Identify potential customers, understand requirements and offer product solutions

• Submit sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis regularly

• Travel extensively for field sales and client acquisition

Required Skills & Competencies

• Experience in pharma market sales

• Knowledge of selling chemicals (industrial or specialty chemicals)

• Exposure to construction material or industrial product sales
