ARCHITECT FOR REAL ESTATE - DURG/RAJNANDGAON , CHHATTISGARH
Job Description:
- Design and Planning: Develop architectural concepts, detailed layouts, and 3D models using CAD software.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with zoning laws, DCPR rules, building codes, and legal requirements.
- Project Management: Oversee project phases, including feasibility studies, site analysis, and contractor selection.
- Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, and developers to ensure design intent and material quality.
- Cost Optimization: Value engineering to control cost drivers and meet budgetary requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- In-depth knowledge of local building regulations.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Senior/Head: 6+ years (team leadership, project strategy)
