Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of hands-on experience in real estate project execution. The role involves end-to-end management of real estate projects—from planning and design coordination to execution, budgeting, quality control, and handover—ensuring timely delivery within approved cost and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end real estate projects (residential)

• Prepare and monitor project plans, timelines, budgets, and cash flows.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

• Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, local authority norms, and safety regulations.

• Monitor construction quality, progress, and site execution.

• Manage contract administration, BOQs, change orders, and billing certification.

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews with stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and company SOPs.

• Oversee project handover, snag closure, and documentation.

• Support senior management with MIS reports and dashboards.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering 

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in real estate project management

• Proven experience handling large-scale residential

• Experience in mid-rise or high-rise construction preferred
