Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager to lead project sales for our construction chemicals portfolio. The role includes driving channel expansion, project conversions, team management, and achieving revenue targets in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly/annual sales targets for r project segments
Appoint and manage distributors and applicators
Build strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and PMCs
Generate and convert project enquiries with site demos and trials
Lead, train, and motivate the regional sales team
Monitor competition, pricing, and market trends
Ensure timely collections and credit discipline
Requirements:
5-7 years’ experience in construction chemicals/waterproofing/
Strong network in retail and project ecosystem
Team handling experience is a must
Excellent communication, negotiation, and technical selling skills
The candidate must be local (born and brought up in Ahmedabad)
Must have two/four wheeler.
Qualification: Min Graduate
CTC : Upto 8 Lacs PA + TA/DA + Quarterly Incentives.
