Associate Consultant – Oracle Fusion (OTM Support)

Job Description:

Position Details:

• Role: Associate Consultant – Oracle Fusion (OTM Support)

• Experience: 1 to 4 years only (strictly as per responsibilities; please do not share profiles beyond this range)

• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Maximum 15 days

• CTC Budget: Up to 12 LPA (including 7% variable pay)

• Work Location: PAN India

• Work Mode: Work From Home (Remote)

• Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

  • 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide L1/L2 support to business users and regional IT users

  • Strong understanding of OTM core modules:
    Order Management, Shipment Management, Configuration & Administration, Business Process Automation, Financials, and Fleet Management

  • Support day-to-day operations of Oracle OTM Cloud application

  • Replicate and troubleshoot issues based on user-reported steps

  • Perform User / Role / Group / Screen administration

  • Resolve issues related to configuration, integration, planning, rates, agents, workflows, and automation

  • Address functional queries, perform data corrections, and ensure smooth daily operations

  • Raise and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) for application or functional issues

  • Provide support across AMR and India business hours as required

  • Support Regression, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Candidate Profile – Summary Requirement:

  We are looking for an OTM Support professional with hands-on experience in L1/L2 support, day-to-day OTM Cloud operations, issue troubleshooting, user/role administration, and coordination with Oracle Support. The candidate should be comfortable supporting users across AMR & India time zones.
