Job Description:
Head overall plant operations including Production, Maintenance, Utilities, EHS, Quality, and Logistics.
Ensure achievement of production targets with optimum utilization of resources.
Implement and maintain Process Safety Management (PSM) and statutory compliance.
Monitor and control plant KPIs related to productivity, quality, safety, and cost.
Lead capacity expansion, debottlenecking, and new product scale-up activities.
Coordinate with R&D, QA/QC, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams for smooth operations
