JOB DESCRIPTION – ASSISTANT MANAGER SALES

Department: Sales & Business Development
Role Summary
Drive business growth, achieve revenue targets, develop client relationships, and expand
market share for Eclipse Global’s integrated blinds, DGU blinds, and architectural shading
solutions. This is a target-driven, field-oriented role focused on sales excellence and order
closure.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients, distributors, and architects.
Generate leads, conduct product presentations, and close orders.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms as per company policy.
Maintain CRM / sales pipeline and report performance.
Collaborate with Marketing and Production R&D for client support.
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Skills & Competencies
Proven sales track record in B2B or product-based industries.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
Result-oriented, goal-driven, and high-energy mindset.
Strong analytical and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in building products, architectural
solutions, or industrial products.
Proven ability to achieve targets and close deals.
Work Environment
Target-driven and client-focused role.
Frequent field visits across India with direct client interaction.
