Role Purpose
To ensure accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and reliable MIS insights that
support timely decision-making and strengthen the organization’s financial governance.
Role Context
HLE Glascoat Limited is a leading manufacturer of process equipment for the chemical and
pharmaceutical industries. We are market leaders in Filtration and Drying Equipment and are a
leading manufacturer of Glass Lined Equipment globally. We manufacture a wide range of
chemical processing equipment in an equally wide range of materials for some of the most
demanding applications.

Internal Designation
Finance Executive
Reporting to
CFO
Deliverables
 Accurate and timely preparation of various reports.
 Preparation and analysis of MIS reports.
 Financial reporting and month-end closure activities.
 Handling GST and TDS compliance & filings, providing data support for tax assessments, etc.
 Support audits and reconciliation activities.

Core Performance Metric
Timely preparation/ closure of monthly/quarterly financials, MIS’s, audits etc. Timely filing of GST
returns
Competencies
 Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
 Working experience in Excel, ERP systems preferred
 Good communication and team coordination skills

Non-negotiables
 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry
 CA / CA Inter / M. Com is the First preference. (CMA or Inter CMA can be considered if the
first preference is not met)
 Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards
 Ability to communicate with cross functional departments
 ERP and MS office tools
 Willingness to learn
