Position:        Microbiologist Incharge (U1)

Location:       Daman

Experience:   6 - 8 Years

Responsibilities:

• Verified testing activity performed by Microbiology team:
• a. Environmental Monitoring
• b. Water Analysis (Microbiology)
• c. Sub culturing
• d. Personnel Monitoring
• e. Growth Promotional Test
• f. Bioburden Test.
• g. Moisture Analysis of rubber Stopper.
• h. Liquid Particle count of rubber stopper.
• i. Sterility test of Rubber Stopper.
• j. Visible Particle Count of Rubber Stopper.
• Verify documents filled by analysist (Log Book and Formats).
• Handling manpower and allot task as per requirement.
• Inspect & identify the materials, equipment, processes, ensure & enforce GMP, GDP and GLP norms are followed.
• Calibration & Verification of Instrument & Equipment.
• Maintain Batch Production Record.
• Take care of instrument, equipment & maintain cleanliness of all laboratory Instruments.
• Ensure & enforce of GLP norms.
• Examinations & Test Process Material when received to check the consistency & integrity andnprovide approval or rejections if it fails to meet quality expectations.
• Examinations & Test of new samples [Trial samples] & maintain documents.
• Maintain Chemicals & Laboratory Glassware Inventory.
• Assist to QC Head to change or new development required in SOP, STP, & Formats.
• Assist to QC Head to validate the system or Method.
• Conduct regularly inspection rounds every day for RTS & RTU area
• Fulfill the documents related to QMS system like Change control, Deviation and market complaint.
