Job Description:

End-User Support
 Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals
 Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and application issues (Windows)
 Resolve issues related to MS Office, Outlook, browsers, antivirus, and standard enterprise tools
2. Desktop & Laptop Management
 Installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and accessories
 Perform OS installation, upgrades, patching, and driver updates
 Manage system performance and preventive maintenance activities
3. Operating Systems & Software
 Support Windows 10/11.
 Install, configure, and support business applications and licensed software
 Ensure compliance with software licensing and IT policies
4. Network & Connectivity Support
 Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity issues
 Support basic network tasks such as IP configuration, printer sharing, and network drives
 Coordinate with Network/ISP teams for escalated issues
5. Asset & Inventory Management
 Maintain IT asset inventory, tagging, and documentation
 Track allocation, movement, and lifecycle of desktops and laptops
 Support onboarding / offboarding activities (device setup and recovery)

6. Security & Compliance
 Ensure endpoint security (antivirus, patches, password policies)
 Follow information security and data protection guidelines
 Report security incidents, malware infections, or policy violations
7. User Account & Access Support
 Manage user accounts (AD, email, VPN, shared drives)
 Reset passwords and manage access permissions as per approval
8. Documentation & Reporting
 Maintain incident records, service reports, and SOPs
 Update knowledge base and troubleshooting guides
 Prepare daily/weekly support status reports
9. Vendor & Team Coordination
 Coordinate with hardware, software, and AMC vendors for repairs and replacements
 Escalate unresolved issues to L3 or specialized teams
 Support audits and compliance checks when required
10. General Responsibilities
 Provide timely and courteous user support
 Support shifts, weekend support, or on-call duties if required
