- Process Control: Overseeing receiving, in-process, and final inspections, using tools like SPC, FMEA, RCA.
- Team Leadership: Leading, training, and motivating quality teams, coordinating with production.
- Supplier Quality: Managing supplier quality, assessments, and development.
- Reporting: Providing quality performance reports to senior management.
- Compliance: Ensuring adherence to industry, regulatory, and safety standards.
