Job Description:
Daily shift starting and closing meeting with shift in-charge discussion on today plan, next plan
activities, process defects and measure issues.
Providing new materials from store through requisition in SAP.
Ensuring the molding first part approval as per standard.
Regularly Check and maintain the cutting oil percentage of m/c as according parameter.
Maintain 5s at shop floor and kaizen Implementation.
Identify the area of improvement and implementation.
Conducting product audit as plan with customer.
Analysis of Pareto chart as need.
Motivating, educating, imparting comprehensive training to the workmen for creating awareness for quality,5s, productivity for the product.
Poison test on quality Inspector.
Taking corrective action and preventive action with CFT.
Maintain the reports as like- inProcess report, Red Bin report
Measurement by using vernier calliper, micrometre, heightgauge, bevels protector etc.
Final product inspection visual, dimension inspection as per VD
