Job Description:
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source, attract, and hire caretaker n Qualified nurses for various roles in home healthcare.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and external recruitment agencies to understand staffing needs.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Interviewing and Selection: Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make hiring recommendations.
- Employer Branding: Promote Zorgers' employer brand and promote a positive candidate experience.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
