Job Description:
Operations Management:
Coordinate daily order dispatches with the in-house packing team.
Monitor orders on Amazon, Blink it and ensure timely booking of pickups via logistics platforms.
Track all orders, handle return and other order related task.
Maintain inventory and order flow reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
Customer Experience (CRM):
Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp, email, and Instagram DMs in a helpful, polite, and timely manner.
Handle new order, returns/exchanges, and product questions.
Share tracking details, follow up on delayed deliveries, and keep customers informed throughout the process.
Request feedback and reviews from customer’s post-purchase
Reporting
Track and report return/exchange trends and customer complaints to improve operations.
Keep records of customer communications, open issues, and resolved tickets.
