Job Description:
- Technical Drawing: Create detailed plans (floor plans, elevations, sections, carpentry details) for furniture, fixtures, electrical, plumbing, and lighting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with interior designers, architects, and clients to understand and implement design visions.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max) to produce precise 2D/3D drawings.
- Documentation: Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), as-built drawings, and material specifications.
- Site Coordination: Visit project sites for measurements, inspections, and to resolve on-site issues.
- Revisions: Update drawings based on feedback or site changes.
