Job Description:

Designation: Client Servicing Executive
Experience: 4 years 
Job Location: Andheri East
Salary Range:
 Best in industry + Benefits
Working Days: 5 days a week (Mon to Fri) and (Sat and Sun fixed off)
Work Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Client Communication & Brief Management

  • Manage end-to-end client communication and act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.
  • Understand client briefs clearly and convert them into internal action plans and clear workstreams.
  • Ask the right questions to uncover requirements, constraints, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
  • Provide clients with multiple options / solutions aligned with the brief — not just one route.
  • Handle UK/US clients confidently with excellent spoken and written English; understand global client expectations and tone.

Project Coordination & Delivery Ownership

  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams — creative, scientific communication, fabrication, production and vendors — to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage timelines rigorously and drive fast turnarounds in a high dynamic environment.
  • Be comfortable working in multiple time zones (UK/US), and adapt to client urgencies when required.
  • Ensure delivery is on-time, in-full, and up to the quality expected.

Hands-on Execution & Problem Solving

  • Operate with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude — willing to experiment, troubleshoot, and create solutions when needed.
  • Be proactive in identifying roadblocks early and suggesting workarounds / alternate solutions.
  • Stay calm under pressure and manage multiple fast-moving tasks simultaneously.

Costing, Proposals & Vendor Sourcing

  • Prepare cost estimates, pricing sheets, and project budgets with accuracy and speed.
  • Create professional proposals, quotations, scopes of work and client-facing decks/documents.
  • Identify and manage vendors for fabrication, printing, sourcing materials, packaging, logistics, production etc.
  • Negotiate and optimize costs without compromising quality.

Quality Control & Attention to Detail

  • Strong attention to detail across all deliverables — videos, documents, prints, prototypes, toolkits, packaging and fabricated assets.
  • Ensure all outputs go through QC checks before sending to clients (content accuracy, spelling, formatting, visuals, finish).
  • Maintain documentation and ensure approvals/sign-offs are tracked and followed.

On-Ground Support

  • Be comfortable working on-ground when needed — vendor visits, print checks, sampling, production supervision, dispatch coordination etc.
  • Ensure last-mile execution is smooth and aligned to the client’s expectations.

Inter-team Coordination & Creative Collaboration

  • Brief the creative team with clarity on objectives, tone, target audience, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Partner with creative and science teams to propose innovative, execution-friendly ideas and elevate solutions with a creative inclination.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external networks to enable faster execution, smoother coordination, and quick access to the right resources.
  • Create and manage detailed timelines, trackers, and dependencies to ensure clarity across teams and on-time delivery.
  • Pre-empt potential risks, bottlenecks, and quality concerns early; proactively plan mitigations and provide solutions before issues arise.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams — creative, scientific communication and fabrication — to translate client briefs into clear internal briefs and actionable execution plans.
  • Provide references, examples, and benchmarks to help guide creative direction and align outputs with client expectations.
  • Understand fabrication and production requirements early in the process (materials, build feasibility, timelines, mechanisms, print requirements) and proactively flag constraints and solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 4–6 years of experience in client servicing / account management / project management in creative agencies, events, production, retail, activation or packaging.
  • Strong spoken and written English; confident with international client communication (UK/US accents & expectations).
  • Proactive, ownership-driven attitude — make it happen mindset.
  • Comfortable working in multiple time zones and handling urgent deliverables.
  • Strong understanding of costing, proposals, vendor management and sourcing.
  • Sharp eye for detail and strong QC discipline.
