Operation Executive

Job Description:

• Basic Business Management: Can oversee day-to-day operations (stock, sales, and packaging).
• Communication: Good spoken and written English/Hindi to deal with customers and vendors.
• Sales & Customer Service: Comfortable talking to people at conventions/exhibitions.
• Logistics Knowledge: Familiar with courier services, packaging material, and delivery handling.
• Tech-Savvy: Can use WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, email, and online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Organizational Skills: Keeps inventory neat, tracks orders, and manages timelines.

Experience

• In retail, e-commerce, logistics, or event coordination (comics background not necessary, passion is a plus).
• Prior experience with packaging/delivery or managing stock is helpful.
• Exposure to sales at exhibitions, trade shows, or stalls will be a big advantage.

Personality

• Friendly & Approachable: Good with people (important for conventions).
• Energetic & Enthusiastic: Should enjoy traveling and engaging in events.
• Trustworthy & Reliable: Since they’ll handle money, stock, and customer orders.
• Adaptable: Comfortable shifting between office works, packaging, and event travel.
• Comic/Pop Culture Interest (bonus): Passion for comics, collectibles, or pop culture would make them more effective.

Role Type

• Full-Time Staff based in Delhi.
• Can supervise packaging/delivery helpers (if you hire them separately).
• Travels occasionally (all expenses paid by company)
